Have you recently installed Visual Studio 2012, and noticed that amongst the raft of UI changes that the menus now shout at you?
For some reason, it's been decided that the menus should all appear in upper case. If this annoys you as much as it annoys me, then fear not, because a solution is at hand.
Make sure Visual Studio 2012 is closed, then grab a registry editor, browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VisualStudio\11.0\General, then create the following D_WORD (32-bit) Value named SuppressUppercaseConversion with a value of 1.
